All products are made to order and made in France. The standard production timeline is 8 to 12 weeks after order confirmation. Items are produced solely in response to customer requests, ensuring construction is carried out with the necessary precision and attention to established standards.

A signature is required upon receipt of your package. Your order will be accepted for refund or exchange if returned in original condition and packaging, and within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date. The Vienza tag must be intact, attached, and free of any alteration or damage where applicable. The returned item(s) must be accompanied by the receipt or a copy. Returning a product for exchange or refund is complimentary. In order to do this, you must return the articles via FedEx® using the pre-paid return label provided through your Vienza.design account.

The only way to guarantee the authenticity of a Vienza product is by acquiring it directly through our official website, Vienza.design, or through an official Vienza point of sale. An original invoice is created at the time of purchase for all official transactions.
